I wanted to visit Billetal very much, so I chose Entree hotel. The peaceful location close to the motorways made it convenient for me to explore the nearby landmarks. I was pleasantly surprised by the multilingual staff who were very helpful and accommodating. I also enjoyed the on-site bar.

Dated decor, limited English TV channels, side entrance left open.

The hotel was very small, but builded on the best way to use all possibilities to do the rooms comfortable.

Too small for two persons with luggage. Stuff looks unprofessional, not interested about customers.

The room was nice and big with flatscreen tv and large bathroom, decor wise it was pleasant with very little to complain about. Staff were friendly and the breakfast (included in price) was a typical tasty continental buffet type. Very good value for money.

The only downside is the location being a bit out the way, however we had a car and the nearest U-bahn station was only a 10 minute drive away with plenty if free street parking available.

The hotel provides excellent value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms and amenities offered. The staff pays attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location near a forest adds a peaceful and scenic touch to the surroundings.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

Location regarding motorway is perfect. Visiting Hamburg is possible also by public transport. Location is very quiet bordering sports and residential area. Very large and comfortable rooms, clean bathroom. Good breakfast . Very good experience for a small price.

The breakfast and coffee was good and helped start the business day right. The hotel has a decent location and is surrounded by greenery, making it a nice getaway from the busy city. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were too hot and humid to make the stay comfortable. There were no fans or air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep at night.

The room was very clean and they cleaned it every day. The breakfast was very good. If you have a car it's very easy to go to Hamburg, you can park around the city for free and take the subway.

Definitly, German hôtels don't know what is a "double bed", they only have twins bed!!

Quit and not a long way from Hamborg city

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the friendly check-in service and the clear explanation of hotel rules. The receptionist provided excellent directions around town. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and the easy parking made it convenient for our group. The location was great, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an ashtray on the fire escape. The breakfast, although not huge, was nicely presented and of good quality. The coffee was particularly good.

Felt immediately at home, no complaints.

Good size room, clean and nice en-suite facilities. Nice breakfast buffet, plenty of choice.

E-mailed hotel prior to arrival regarding breakfast time and whether there was any extra chage for my dog. No reply, I needed early breakfast due to sporting event in Hamburg, no facility for this hence rushed breakfast to get to event. €6 charge for dog on arrival, while reasonable I would have preferred to know prior to arrival as I had specifically asked if charge applicable .Rather unhelpful staff on arrival,spent 10 minutes looking for room!

Price was great for the guest house. There were two shared bathrooms which were always clean and stocked with towels. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good. It was easy to take the bus to the train station and then the U-Bahn to the city. Friendly staff.

Beds are a little stiff but you get used to it after one night, but its worth the price.

No complaints, everything was fine.

On arrival at this Hotel we were a little late as we had driven from Poland. But the receptionist could not have been more helpfull he even gave us Free Tea to take to the room. The room was very comfortable and clean as was the toilet and shower room. Breakfast was continental style but did have a little hot selection as well. We used this Hotel purely as a stop over as it is not too far from the autobhan. We found that it met all our expectations and more. A credit to it's staff. Well Done.

As with many German hotels there was no tea making facillities in the room but as I said above the Receptionist gave us a cup of tea free on arrival so this more than made up for it.

Large room and bathroom, quiet, free parking, good breakfast, very good price!
